BLACK — VOL I GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER

This giveaway is conducted by BLACK RUSH PTY LTD (ABN 41 674 100 148), trading as BLACK Jewellery.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

Opens: Wednesday, 4 November 2026, at 6:00 PM AEDT.

Closes: Saturday, 7 November 2026, at 6:00 PM AEDT.

The giveaway runs for 72 hours. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

3. ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

  • Entry is completely free. No purchase necessary.

  • One entry per person.

  • Employees of BLACK RUSH PTY LTD and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the giveaway:

  1. Visit blackjewellery.net/giveaway via the link in our Instagram bio.

  2. Complete the entry form with your name, email address and Instagram username.

  3. Answer the question: "Why do you want the Vol I?"

  4. Submit your entry before the giveaway closes.

All valid entries have an equal chance of winning. Answers to the question will not influence the random draw.

Following @_blackjewellery is encouraged but is not a requirement for entry.

5. BRING A MATE — REFERRAL PRIZE

Entrants are encouraged to tag their mates in the comments of the original BLACK giveaway post on Instagram.

If someone you tag enters the giveaway and wins the grand prize, you become eligible to win the second Vol I ring.

The following conditions apply:

  • The referral must be made by tagging another Instagram account in the comments of the original giveaway post.

  • Both the person tagging and the person tagged must have completed valid website entries.

  • Comments must be posted before the giveaway closes.

  • If multiple eligible entrants tagged the grand prize winner, one will be randomly selected to receive the second ring.

  • Tagging multiple people does not increase your chances of winning the main prize.

  • Private Instagram shares and direct messages cannot be verified and will not count as qualifying referrals.

If the grand prize winner has no eligible referrers, the second Vol I will be randomly drawn from the remaining eligible entrants.

6. THE PRIZES

Two BLACK Vol I rings crafted from .925 sterling silver will be awarded.

GRAND PRIZE

One BLACK Vol I sterling silver ring.

Retail value: $390 AUD.

REFERRAL PRIZE

One BLACK Vol I sterling silver ring.

Retail value: $390 AUD.

TOTAL PRIZE POOL: $780 AUD.

Standard shipping within Australia is included.

Ring sizing will be arranged directly with the winners, subject to availability.

Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

7. WINNER SELECTION

The grand prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible website entries after the giveaway closes at 6:00 PM AEDT on Saturday, 7 November 2026.

Following the selection of the grand prize winner, BLACK will review the comments on the original Instagram giveaway post to identify eligible entrants who tagged the winner.

If more than one eligible referrer is identified, the second winner will be selected through a separate random draw.

If no eligible referrer is identified, the second prize will be randomly awarded to another eligible entrant.

A maximum of two prizes will be awarded, with no person permitted to win both rings.

8. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

Both winners will be announced on Saturday evening, 7 November 2026, via BLACK's official Instagram account:

@_blackjewellery

Winners will also be contacted directly using their submitted contact details.

Winners must claim their prizes within 14 days of notification.

BLACK will make reasonable attempts to contact both winners. If a prize remains unclaimed, a replacement winner may be selected through a further random draw in accordance with applicable laws.

9. PRIVACY & MARKETING

Personal information provided during entry will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact winners and arrange prize delivery.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with BLACK's Privacy Policy.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

BLACK reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify fraudulent, duplicate or ineligible submissions.

Instagram usernames submitted during entry may be used to verify eligibility for the referral prize.

BLACK is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, incorrectly submitted or not received due to technical issues.

Any changes necessary due to circumstances outside the promoter's reasonable control will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or protections available under Australian consumer law.

By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for the administration or fulfilment of this promotion and release Instagram from liability associated with it to the extent permitted by law.
